Hello doctor, my 16-day-old son has had a cold for the past few days, and today his body temperature is elevated. What medicine should I give him? My mother-in-law suggests applying ghee to his nose; is that safe to do?

A. hi. avoid cold wind and cold climate, keep her in confortable room temprature, do not overdress too. you can use room humidifire, use nasal saline drops, increase breast feeding.
