hello doctor my 11months old baby boy suffering by fever from 2am I given below syrup 1ml and morning 1ml given is it ok

A. the baby is 11 months of age there is no problem giving paracetamol drops to the baby can give 1 ml 3 times a day depending on the need to the baby
