hello doctor mujhe two days phle fever aya tha phir maine medicine li to fever thik ho gya.fir nhi ayamujhe khansi bhukhamaree bhi nhi hai.. bas mujhe cough aa rha aur weakness lg rhi hai . kya kru

A. you are having fever and cough you can take calpol and brozeet-ls for yourself but you need to consult your doctor if the problems continue . . . . . . ..
