gud mrng dr. mere bete ko 19th August ko fever aya tha 4-5 days me thik ho gya tha phir 4 September ko fever aya vo bo 3-4 days me thik ho gya kal rat se phir mete bete ko fever hai kya kru

A. baby ka jaanch karni hogi blood test urin test. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
