hello, doctor mujhe pelvic region me pulse feel ho raha hai jaise ki heartbeat ho raha ho. kuch der hota hai phir band ho jata h phir start ho jata h or sath me vaginal itching bhi start ho gaya hai. kyu ho raha hai please guide. or lower abdomen me movement karne par mild pain bhi ho raha h
