hello doctor mujhe kuch din se vomit jaisi lagti h. mujhe lgta hai meri neend he kbhi puri nahi hoti.. mujhe constipation ki problem bhi ho rahi hai.. mai kya kru

A. it may be due to constipation therefore you should take high fibre diet and also take more of water and if the problem persists then consult a doctor nearby for the problem
