It is not because of your delivery but it has got some another problem associated and so I would suggest you to consult either your gynaecologist once or a general physician they have to go for a physical assessment of yours after that only we can be sure about anything

This normally does not happen but if you’re facing any kind of problem then it is important for you to get it checked with your doctor to have further clarity on the situation the gynaecologist has to go for a physical assessment of yours to give you a proper help
