hello doctor mere baby ki right eye me bohot stickiness ata hai...aakha chipak bhi jati hai kabhi kabhi...iske liye kya kare...plz suggest....

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. Frequently eye discharge may be due to allergy, infection or trauma by nail of baby or blocked nasolacrimal duct.
If it is due to blocked nasolacrimal duct since birth we have to reopen that duct with massage
Massage from inner side of eyes to the tip of nose.
It will help
Nasolacrimal duct can also be blocked due to nasal congestion
Visit ur nearest pediatrician once for detail examination of ur baby.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. eyes me water ya yellow discharge sticky discharge is common in new borns it is because of block tear ducts..
maintain hygiene..clean with wet cotton balls..
press or give a strong pinch on the nose and eyes joint area do 4-5times and 4-5times a day..
