hello doctor Mera baby 31 months ka hai use last month se ab tak 2 times fever aaya avi wo theek hai par uska weight 12.4 kg se reduce hoke 11.8 ho gya hai kya reason ho sakta hai weight reduce hone ka

Take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
please don't give her packaged and processed food, maida items
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
give her more probiotics and seasonal fruits
let her play outdoors.
