hello doctor mera baby 22 months ka hai use kal se fever ho gya hai kal maine use nehla diya tha hair wash krk abhi cold weather bhi chal rha hai kya ye isi wajah se hua hai, medicine de rhi hun kya koi home remedies hain jisse fever kam ho jaye.... aur kya winter me babies ko nhi nahlana chahiye

A. you can give bath in winters to kids n babies. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol 250 MG 4ml 6 hourly for 3 days If no improvement Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed
