Hello doctor Iam mother of 1 year 9 months old baby girl she is having cold frequently in with running nose I have tried many methods like steam, home remedies and also medicines but not getting that much results may I know what should I do to reduce my daughter's cold

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Increase the immunity by giving more vitamin c and d rich foods. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Give a good sun light exposure to your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
