Q.
Hello Doctor, Iam 26 year old lady,now i have 2 children,that was normal delivery,delivery is very difficult due to weight of my babies 3.300kg my small baby weight.Now Iam going to use of menstrual cup but i totally confused which size is more suitable for me ? please suggest a solution for this ?? which size is more suitable to me?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Yes menstrual cups are nowadays very useful. But you should take care to have proper size so that you don't feel pain or discomfort while. Using it for which you can consult with your gynecologist once for proper examination
And do take care to maintain proper hygiene
