Hello doctor i m mother of 4 and half month old baby boy my son depending only breastfeeding , he pass the motion after 4 to 5 days when he pass motion started crying , is it normal or something wrong with my baby plss help

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4.5 months old and he is taking breast feeding only but he is having a constipation so give him syrup duphalac 3 ml at night sos

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
