hello doctor, I'm having itchiness and throbbing sensation at vagina outside and feel like very hot down there. really can't resist itching.. please suggest how to get relief from this

A. this is a case of infections ok. you need antibiotics. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
