hello doctor i m concern about my 5.5 month daughter as she is vomit out everytime of milk and passing waterystools

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. gastro enteritis in the baby n f It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
