A. It might be due to stomach infection and there is blood in stools so it’s better to consult your paediatrician abd get him checked as antiobiotic needs to be started abd baby is very small as well

A. good evening green colour motion indicates at the child is suffering from some sort of infection and the body I would recommend you to please try to visit your doctor for a proper clinical examination
