hello doctor i m a mother of 2.8 years old baby . Actually mam , from when i stop breastfeeding as my hairs get fallen n put on weight. Please suggest something for hairfall (recommend shampoo) and how to control my weight?.

eat biotin capsule.
see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

Try Mama Sparsh products I think that should be the right choice for you as of now and you can start applying onion oil from Mama Earth series it is supposed to be very good you can buy that otherwise you can make it at home if you want to you can search so many recipes online and start making that oil and apply that
