Hello doctor I'm 7th month pregnant and recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes, it's my second pregnancy and I'm very craving to eat laddo like sweets. can i use artificial sweetner powder or tablets to make them at home. If yes plz suggest which is best for me.

Clarify all your concerns regarding this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
