Q.

#asktheexperts Hello doctor, I’m 6 months pregnant. My TIFFA scan showed Echogenic Intracardiac Focus (EIF) in the baby’s heart, but my double marker test is normal and all other body parts are fine. Is this something to worry about, or is it harmless since the other results are normal?”

A. The test that you are talking about is a very important and essential test to be done during the time of pregnancy and that report can be considered very accurate so if it shows everything is going well as of now I don’t see any problem but crosscheck with your doctor for confirmation
