hello doctor.. I'm 38 weeks pregnant .. I'm having severe cold.. will that affect my baby ?? can I take antibiotics ?

yes it can affect but not necessary to have this.
mam ,you can not take any medicine without consulting your gynecologist.
As you are having cold ,you can drink Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder.
or you can take mixture of honey and ginger in one tsp quantity.
