hello doctor, I'm 33 years twin mother, very lean body 40 kg only.. now they 7thbmonth started, I'm Breast feeding to both, now my breast little bit increased, after my kids not taking milk that time my breast will decrease? it is common?? and I'm not getting periods yet.. so reply me my breast increase now only.. after few days it will decrease??

A. better to get investigations to find out the reason. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
