Hello doctor. I m 30 year old. my baby is one month old nw. during pregnancy in 5 th month I got constipated and got piles very bad. now after delivery I had panjeeri and again constipation happen and anus pain start. plz help piles pain is not bearable. I m applying eno metrogyl.

Make sure that u are not constipated.
Drink plenty of water in a day and include fiber rich food like Papaya pear plum carrot dalia cabbage roti etc in ur diet to get relief from constipation.
