Q.

hello doctor.... I m 25 years .... mother of 1.8 year old boy I have a painful lump in left side of my breast.... in history my grandmother had a breast cancer....i heard breast cancer will come by hereditary also...... so the lump I have in my breast will it be normal or serious...??? please give me ua valuable suggestion.....

A. If you are still breastfeeding your child, then it is not a serious issue because lunps do form, but if you are not feeding and had a past history too ki dly consult your gynac ASAP.

A. During your breastfeeding experience, you may notice breast lumps that can make feeding your baby challenging and even painful. Rest assured that these are usually not serious, and most are temporary. While some lumps go away without treatment, others may require a trip to the doctor.
