hello doctor I just want to ask u a question that my periods are not yet started after 8 months after delivery.. is this a normal situation.. or something which needs to be conscious plz..clear my confusion...

Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months no medication is needed for that you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake.use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy
