Hello Doctor, I have twins aged 1 year each now. one of them have not yet had any tooth coming in and the other have now 2 tiny canines coming in. Is delay teething okay? Also is it okay to have canines coming in as first tooth?

A. hello mam there is nothing to worry about as it is a natural process it varies for each and every kid you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first tooth to erupt in the mouth of the baby
