Hello doctor , I have given xyzal syrub yesterday night one dose of 4 ml , today morning and noon by mistake to my kid. His weight is 21 kg and he is 6 years old. Please help.

A. The current age of your child is six years weight is 21 kg of the dosage in fact is not as appropriate as it is meant to be as per the age and weight of your child further this thing which you have missed in your questions so I would recommend you to kindly crosscheck with your doctor for the doubt that you have
