Q.

hello doctor. I have a two year old boy, he is been given treatment for thyroid disorder since a week old newborn. my question is why is my child suffering from this thyroid disorder since birth, is it genetic or is any way he is affected due to consumption of chocolate during my pregnancy? I have no thyroid problem. please answer

A. sometimes it is the hereditary and sometimes it can come all by itself newly. chocolate eating during pregnancy has nothing to do with the thyroid disorder in the baby so don't blame yourself
