hello doctor I had two are c section 2nd delivery february 8/2023 my stomach is not normal position what is the precautions I had to take

After delivery you should have more of easy to Digest food and adequate water intake to maintain proper hydration as you are breastfeeding and most of your water content goes through it Avoid taking food which causes constipation and include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet
