hello doctor, I had a c section delivery its has completed 5 months still I have little pain in stitches area and upper abdomen when I am doing some work in home like clothes washing so is that normal or not before delivery I was in medium color but now I turned into dark color so what can I do for that, shall I start my intercourse

Hello Ma’am If you are still having pain in your stitches you should consult your doctor ones apart from that I can very well tell you that you should not be doing any kind of work like washing clothes sitting on the floor and all these things because that is not considered healthy after C-section for a while so don’t do that apart from bad for your pigmentation and dark skin you should be consulting a dermatologist
