Q.

Hello Doctor ! I delivered my baby on 8 June and after that I have my period on 30 July and this current month also I have period is it normal and does it affect my milk supply?

A. my baby is 1 and half month old ... am not having enough breast milk..even after trying lactation tab.. so am formula feeding my baby.. but also he is not gaining weight..how often I should feed my baby...and how much .

A. there is lot of variation regarding lactation amenorrhea it is not going to affect your milk supply For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. Breastfeeding while on your period is perfectly safe for you and your baby. Your breast milk is still healthy and nutritious. But hormone changes leading up to your period can affect your milk and feeding pattern for a few days.
