Q.

hello doctor.. I am having herpes zoster on my one breast.. can I feed mu baby from that breast or not.. my baby will be effected?

A. hello this is a required a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and doctor will be able to advise you accordingly which would be better and also safe and for now you can express your milk and feed the same in the bottle

A. Blisters should not touch baby, baby will be in danger of getting infected. You need to be very careful if you want to feed, better to avoid.But you can get in touch with skin specialist for more information. I suffered from it but I had on my stomach and back and I use to cover and feed my baby and got in contact with baby only for feeding and use to sleep separate. Family members use to take care of the rest chores of baby.
