Q.

hello doctor, I am having 6 months of pregnancy. I had done dual marker blood test to know tthe genetic and physical problem of baby.in blood report there is posterior down syndrome increased with 1:117 .could you please suggest me is there any risk on baby or not.i am in tensed.please suggest me what should I do.is it really high risk?

A. get NIPT. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child
