Q.

Hello doctor.. i am a mother of 4 months old baby. Can I start exercises now? Can you please suggest Which type of exercises I should do? Is the hip belt is useful for tight tummy now? I am 75 kgs .Please suggest the diet also

A. since you have just completed your 4 months do not that heavy work out immediately start with daily walking for about 15 to 20 days and then slowly move out for mild exercise and then slowly go for heavy workouts to remain fit

A. Hi, Avoid any exercises till 1 year in case of c section and 6 month in case of normal delivery. Start with easy yoga steps and gradually do the abdominal exercises etc. Walking will help you right now. Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body. Avoid rice junk food etc.
