Hello Doctor, I am a mother of 2 kids. elder one (girl) 6 years old. younger one (boy) 10months old. I am still breast feeding him in between, apart from the normal 5-6 meals a day. I still feel very full when he hasn't taken the breast feed for some hours. is it okay or what should be done. regards

A. Yes It is perfectly alright since you’re introducing five or six meals to the child of the breast milk that you must be giving to the child is become less which is why your breasts are comparatively heavier than general so if you want to continue breastfeeding your child then you can express your breast feed also otherwise if you continue feeding in the same manner gradually the breast feed will start reducing and will produce sufficient breastfeed for the child
