hello Doctor, I am 36 week pregnant and my baby position is Anterior Upper Segment.. kindly suggest me any exercises or any activity to be done from my end to get the baby into upside down position for normal delivery.

A. this is normal. ok. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
