Hello doctor , good morning . May i know food for 1 year baby and what about the water intake for baby . Can we give water while eating (breakfast, lunch, dinner) . Can we give dinner for baby at 10pm at night ? Is this will cause any issue

The food is going to be the same food that you and your family are eating nothing is going to be better than that and that’s the actual diet that your child should be following in this age and yes you should give proper breakfast lunch and dinner you should avoid giving dinner this late to the child because kids just leave then which is very unhealthy so try to give dinner by 8 o’clock in the night
