hello doctor! for my grand daughter we are using daipers and daily 2 to 3 hours daiper free using clothes also but her skin colour little bit black at that place only in front not back side why? while we stop using daipers the skin colour going to be normal.

Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr old girl4 years agoA. contact of diaper bag with the skin can cause pigmentation. it is important to give duration of 1 to 3 hours per day. it is also important to apply coconut oil followed by a diaper rash cream before putting diaper

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, Take the diaper one size bigger than the actual sizevWhich will allow air to flow easily. Always apply coconut oil and then put a new diaper follow this procedure every time when you put a new diaper. Avoid using powders. Powders makes the skin more dry.Write Your Answer Here
