ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, you can give one semi solid feed of rice or ragi porridge initially and around two or three tablespoons to start with. Avoid salt, sugar and cow milk till one year. Continue to encourage frequent breastfeeding
