hello doctor, can i take Covid vaccine it was recommended by my area nurse.which vaccine is safe to take whether it affect my baby like fever or body ache

there may be side effects of the vaccine as fever or pain on the vaccination part.. area..
for fever you can take dolo or paracetamol tablets..
