Hello doctor,by mistake I kept mixed antibiotic suspension out of fridge for. 18 hrs can I use that?

A. If it was mentioned that you have to keep a medicine in the refrigerator then only you should keep otherwise there is no need to keep these medicines refrigerator but if the colour has changed or anything then avoid giving it otherwise I don’t think so it’s a problem but still on the safer side you can talk to your doctor about it
