Hello doctor! As iam feeding to my 2monthsbaby. can I take tea and coffee. if yes, how many glasses can itake in a day and can i eat booklet egg or omlet. kindly suggest.

and take tea n coffee too nut in moderate amount 200 ml per day is okay..
Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals.
Consume more protein rich food
