hello doctor and moms; my baby is 10 months old. from last few days he is vomiting after eating anything (water, milk, solid) ( he is active, no fever and cold, normal motion). he is also having nausea after seeing any food. no appetite of eating. what can be the reason and solution?

A. baby is just 10 months old it is difficult to comment upon that baby is having nausea as it is not possible to elicit nausea in a baby so small please consult with your pediatrician
