As the child is 1 year old now u can give normal freshly prepared home cooked food,
Follow small and frequent meals pattern
Include fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet
Add ghee, cheese , paneer in the food prepared
Include daal sprouts, soya, eggs in the diet
Do not force feed the child,, try to make the food attractive and present it with twist

8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake
11 PM-fruits with dry fruit powder and honey
1 PM-rice and Sambar with vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-fruit juice or milk shake or vegetable soup
8 PM-Upma, Idli. With this you can include buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice, milkshakes, Badam milk which is prepared at home.
