Hello Doctor, Aashu ka weight 7.3 kg hai,uska weight kam hai ,Aashu ka weight kaise gain kare please advise me.thank you

A. Hello mam As the child is 1 year old now u can give normal freshly prepared home cooked food, Follow small and frequent meals pattern Include fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet Add ghee, cheese , paneer in the food prepared Include daal sprouts, soya, eggs in the diet Do not force feed the child,, try to make the food attractive and present it with twist

A. Hi, since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home. 8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake 11 PM-fruits with dry fruit powder and honey 1 PM-rice and Sambar with vegetable fry and curd rice 4 PM-fruit juice or milk shake or vegetable soup 8 PM-Upma, Idli. With this you can include buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice, milkshakes, Badam milk which is prepared at home.
