hello docto.. my postpurtam completed 5months. we don't want children till 3years.what should I do please suggest

Copper T you can get in certain in your body you can get injections done which helps in avoiding pregnancy for six months and you can repeat it again old you can go ahead with taking contraceptive pills or else you can always use protection these are the only option is that you have
