Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may too have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Jab babies teething pe hote hai to bookh km lagti hai.. Ye temporary phase hai.. Jab daant bahar aa jayega to theek ho jayega. Give ur baby teethers like babyhug teethers to chew on.
Give ajwain water, coconut water, jeera water as natural appetiser to increase the appetite of ur baby.
