Hello Doc The front two tooth (incisors) of my son are wo bly since one month but not falling, also gap has started to form between the incisors and canines at the both ends. Is it because the new ones not ble to come out since the old ones are not falling. Do I need to visit the pediatric doc. Kindly advise.

A. you can ask your child to keep moving the teeth with the tongue. it is better to visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get proper evaluation done as it is difficult to say anything without clinal evaluation
