Hello doc, some one on firstcry suggested me to give vitamin d3 and zinc supplement to my 15 months kid as a precaution to corona.....I purchased Zincobest syrup and Ultra D3 drops...can you suggest me the doses?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. although if you want to give then you have to consult your pediatrician as the dosage of medicine depends on Child health, age and weight.

as per my opinion ,if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need of extra medicines.
just offer homemade healthy food.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene
