Hello doc, sir mera beta 8 months old hai nd din mein 8-10 baar bht jayada zor lagata hai daanth kitkitane jaisa. Kya ye normal hai, koi health issue to nai hai usko. Pls rep???

due to abnormal alignment of the jaw, intense concentration or situational anxiety and stress, teething , dreams anxiety, teething pain,x digestion problem and gas, dental caries and dental pain.
some times worms
usually self limiting. meet your dr for more information

Worms is the reason behind clenching of the teeth cluttering of the teeth there could be various reasons associated with that but most commonly we have seen that a child could probably have worms in the tummy which is when they make this kind of a sound and that’s very natural for them so consult your doctor and give the medicine for deworming
