Hello doc , my son is now 20 months old , he is suffering fever since yesterday , temperature is like 100 / 101 , I'm giving him paracetamol IP suspension 250 ... but still its not coming down , please help me to reduce the fever , and he is not eating well since fever

Crocin DS Give this medicine as per the current weight of the child it is mentioned on the bottle itself as to what is going to be the dosage as per the weight so it would not be an issue this is going to be a stronger medicine then what you are giving to the child go for this and it is the nature of fever to last for at least 48 to 72 hours but we expected to completely subside by completing the time of 72 hours yet if it does not subside and please go ahead with her for the check up of the
