Q.

Hello doc my son hasn’t pooped for the last 4 days pls suggest what should I do ? I’m very tensed And kindly suggest what is tha ideal height and weight for 6 yrs old boys ?

A. Hello mom in case of severe constipation apply mustard oil on the place of passing motion give diet which is full of fibre and add two to three drops of warm ghee in his milk one time a day
